Dallas Market Center, founded in 1957 by Trammell Crow, encompasses more than 5 million square feet and is the world’s largest wholesale marketplace. Its four buildings contain nearly 2,100 permanent showrooms and 625,000-square-feet of temporary exhibition space. It is home to the largest permanent U.S. marketplace for apparel and fashion accessories and the largest integrated marketplace in the U.S. for home décor – including 1 million square feet dedicated to lighting and 500,000 square feet of space for floral products.

ShanghaiMart

Opened in China in 1999 as China's first and Asia's largest wholesale market center, ShanghaiMart is MCMC’s Asian business partner. The more than 3 million-square-foot complex has nearly 2,300 permanent showrooms and temporary expo space. Both domestic and international exhibitors display and promote their merchandise in diverse segments such as apparel, accessories, textiles, gift items and home decor.

Brussels International Trade Mart

Brussels International Trade Mart is the largest wholesale trade center in Europe. Built in 1975, in Brussels, Belgium, It is owned by Dallas-based Crow Holdings and managed by Market Center Management Company. The complex contains 1.78 million-square-feet of space, including 1,500 permanent showrooms and ample exhibition space, offering fashion and home décor.

GlobalTex: LA International Textile & Sourcing Fairsm

Designed to meet the demands of the $650 billion global textile industry, GlobalTex: LA International Textile & Sourcing Fair debuts in April 2009 as the largest trade show in the U.S. for apparel textiles and materials. This comprehensive international trade show is endorsed by Textile Association of Los Angeles (TALA) and managed by Market Center Management Company. The show is held twice annually at the Los Angeles Convention Center. In addition to fabrics, trimmings and supplies, the trade show will feature a complete assortment of technology including computer systems, software and equipment from leading manufacturers.

Nashville Medical Trade Center

The Nashville Medical Trade Center is the world’s first global healthcare trade center. The 2 million square foot facility, to be constructed on the site of the existing Nashville Convention Center, will feature three components: permanent manufacturer showrooms; temporary trade show space; and conference facilities to accommodate a full schedule of medical trade events each year. Construction will begin as early as mid-2010.
